The ChangeMakers Studio is Art-ology’s creative workforce initiative, connecting emerging artists with meaningful, paid opportunities in photography, graphic design, mural arts, and creative placemaking. Through mentorship, professional development, and real-world projects, the studio equips artists with the skills, experience, and networks needed to build sustainable creative careers. By partnering with everyday people, businesses, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations, ChangeMakers Studio transforms artistic talent into economic opportunity while using creativity as a catalyst for community impact, cultural expression, and positive change.

A short artist bio (150–300 words) - who you are, what you create, and what draws you to community-based, paid creative work.

Review — We review applications on a rolling basis.
Conversation — Selected applicants have a short conversation with our team about their work and availability.
Onboarding — Accepted artists join the roster, complete onboarding, and start mentorship and professional development.
Matched to Opportunities — Artists are matched to paid projects from our partners based on discipline and fit.
